Our Product Evaluation Policy is:

When available, products for evaluation are supplied for a 15-day evaluation period. The products shipped are in perfect working condition and can either be purchased or returned within 15 days. If the products are not received by Erikson Commercial within 15 days of delivery, full payment is expected. If you choose to return them, the products must be returned in the same condition pre-paid and with the same undamaged packing materials (Box, Manuals, Plastics, etc.) as they were received by yourself. Return freight charges will be assumed by the client. Should the client fail to return the products in their original packaging and condition, a minimum 15% restocking charge will apply.
