P. Audio was established in 1991 and is located in Bangkok Thailand. The company occupies a 645,000 square foot complex and offers world class engineering and manufacturing of professional audio products internationally.

 

P. Audio has earned a reputation as a high quality supplier of a wide range of both professional audio components and complete systems. P. Audio designs and manufacturers every component and system at its corporate headquarters in Thailand.

 

Research and development is one of the key advantages that P. Audio offers the professional audio marketplace. A large anechoic chamber is complemented by the latest finite element analysis software for both mechanical analysis, as well as AC and DC magnetic field analysis. The advanced test and measurement/analysis equipment completes the full design cycle by allowing in depth analysis of both static and dynamic transducer performance parameters. In addition, complete system injection molding is done in house, and our new laser cutting machine forms speaker grilles and speaker mounting hardware in various grades of stainless steel and steel.

 

In the USA, P. Audio speaker systems are now being offered through their US distribution partner One Systems, which is located in Nashville, Tennessee. In addition to P. Audio speakers, One Systems dessigns and manufactures professional audio direct weather and installation loudspeakers under the One Systems and On Point Audio brands.

The P.Audio W-6C is a weather protected small format sound reinforcement system. The cabinet is made from a one-piece rotomolded UV resistant polyethylene enclosure. The enclosure features a 35mm pole mount socket to mount on top of a standard speaker pole. The cabinet design is ported to aid low-frequency extension. Within the cabinet, there are 3 integrated rigging points, which can be used in conjunction with the included U-Bracket Kit for mounting to walls or ceilings. When pole mounting is required, an optional Pole Mount Kit can be purchased. The grill is made from CNC punched steel and coated in a two-layer zinc rich, UV resistant powder coat finish..

The grille is made of CNC punched structural steel and is coated with a two-layer, zinc-rich powder coating.

 

To increase its flexibility, the SW-152C can be powered as a Lo-Z (8 ohm) or a Hi-Z (70.7 / 100 volt) system with a 3-tap, 400 watt autoformer onboard. Its operation mode is selected by two barrier strips with jumpers that eliminates reliability-limiting switches.

The subwoofer’s enclosure is made of marine-grade birch plywood coated inside and out with an extremely durable, moisture-resistant polyurea finish. i-Sub-Series

 

The P.Audio i-Sub is a passive subwoofer designed for fixed installation requirements, such as in retail venues and small pubs or bars. The cabinet is constructed from high strength plywood with a PU textured paint finish to provide an attractive presentation in most installation environments. The cabinet is available in both black and white finishes to allow easy integration into any venue and there are 10 rigging points included in order to allow either eye bolt or U Bracket mounting. Connection to the cabinet is made through one of the two speak connectors on the rear of the cabinet. The other connector can be used to daisy chain cabinets together.

Line-Series

 

The 2Line series marks a departure from traditional two-way systems to offer a fresh approach to solving problems associated with difficult acoustical environments. The 2Line system comprises a narrow profile column array, and a 10" direct-radioating active subwoofer. The controlled dispersion of the 2Line-6 speaker makes it ideal where a narrow vertical directivity is required, such as highly reverberant spaces. The active amplification and perfectly tuned system DSP in the subwoofer makes the 2Line system a compact, powerful and elegant solution to a variety of portable and installation requirements.

 

The 3Line offers an elegant approach to extending the usable bandwidth of a passive cabinet to over 15kHz, making it suitable for full-range music reinforcement. It does this by combining 8 x 3 inch woofers with 6 x 1 inch tweeters to make a two-way system. The system can still be extended to use 2 cabinets vertically stacked to further improve output capability and directivity control.
